Cancer prevention is not as difficult as many may believe.
A large percentage of cancer-related deaths may be - are directly linked to lifestyle choices such as smoking, drinking, and a lack of exercise. But the majority of the reason is, due to an unhealthy diet.
The research shows that only 5-10% of all cancer cases can be caused by genetic defects, but the remaining 90-95% of all cancers is due to identified factors, and thus are potentially preventable.
Due to the interference of some oxidized complex chemicals (known as free radicals), the instructions get mixed up, the normal cells lose their code of conduct and this imbalance eventually leads to a growth of abnormal cells.

Second hand smoke is also a way to get cancer as the same ways as a smoker. Second hand smoke is the smoke exhaled from a smoker or a lit cigarette.
2. Alcohol invites cancer by damaging the cells of the upper-respiratory tract and liver.
Choose not to drink alcohol, or choose to drink them only in moderation. No more than 2 glass per day for men and 1 for women. 
3.Obesity and physical inactivity may account for several major cancers of the colon, breast, or kidney, pancreas, prostate, gallbladder, and liver.
According to U.S. National Library of Medicine obesity has been associated with increased mortality from cancer in the United States, 14% in men and 20% in women, especially among those people who have carnivorous eating habit.Limit Red Meat and Animal Fat. Numerous studies show that a diet high in animal fat increases the risk for several types of cancer, particularly colon cancer. Red meat contains much more fat than poultry and fish.
4.Foods that is deep fried, such as chips, French fries, harsh brown, Burritos, deep fried chicken etc. contain a harmful carcinogenic chemical compound, which is known Acrylamide. Acrylamide has been shown to cause cancer.
Eat Fruits and Veggies
A diet rich in fruits and vegetables greatly reduces your risk of developing cancer. Fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants, which help repair our damaged cells. Green, orange and yellow vegetables are the best to prevent cancer. Studies also show that dark fruits, like blueberries and grapes, have tremendous anti-cancer properties.
Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower appear to pack a powerful punch at preventing cancer, according to research studies. Other cruciferous vegetables include Bok Choy, Brussels sprouts and cabbage.
