Carbs - List Of No Carb Foods

A no-carbohydrate diet (no-carb diet) is described as human carnivorism. It excludes dietary consumption of all carbohydrates and suggests fat as the main source of energy with sufficient protein. This kind of a diet eliminates the carbohydrates component of food while essentially retaining all the other nutrients. No- carb diet causes the body to go to ketosis. Ketosis is a state when body use fat and protein as an energy source.
Carbohydrates are the major cause of obesity because the body easily converts carbohydrates into glucose and body fats. So no-carb diet and low-carb diet is a major part of discussion in present society.
However, everyone needs a certain amount of carb compounds to function on a daily basis, because complex carbohydrates have fiber and our body need fiber. On average of 28 grams of fiber an adult need as a daily basis.
To better understand this essential energy source, no-carb foods are as follows:
Water: Water is essential for your body's health. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day will help your body with digestion and keep you hydrated and to avoid constipation.
Meat: Any kind of white and red meat except liver. Most meats are zero carbs unless they are processed. To keep your cholesterol and trans fat level in control, grill or bake the meat instead of frying.
Seafood: All types of fish can be consumed: tuna, sole, trout, founder, sardines.
Eggs: The best way to consume them is to boil them.
Cheese: Cheddar, Goat cheese, Gouda, Mozzarella, and Bleu cheese, Fontina, Muenster, Monterey jack and gruyere. Restriction is 4oz per day.
Fat: Consumption is limited to butter, mayonnaise, cream, margarine.
Vegetables: Green leafy vegetables like lettuce, bok choy celery, parsley, mustard etc. But all all veggies are not recommended in no carb choices. Avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, peas, corn, squash and others such as broccoli, tomatoes, beans and spinach.
