- Keep a variety of healthy snacks (nuts,dry fruits, trail mix) in the kitchen.
- Make sure you talk to them about weight loss and fitness by a casual discussion.

- Plan an active activity after dinner.
- Cook at least three times a week for the household.

- Make an environment to make their exercise a priority.
Turn off the TV and hide the remote.
Give big, positive remark to changes that they made.
