Tips - How to stop sugar craving

How do you combat a sugar craving without giving into the temptation?
I think first drink cold filtered water. Most of the time thirst or dehydration gives our brain the indication of carving sugar.
The other major reason it indicates that our body is too tired. Take a short nape.
The probable reason is stress or emotional imbalance.  Research shows and this is my personal experience that when human being gets emotional disturbance, go a grab sugary stuff to relax. Somebody had suggested me to take Natural B Complex to get rid of mood swing. I have been taking since 3 months the Natural B Complex, it’s really helped me
. According to my habit ,i did a research that why that product have worked for me. I found it has Vit B6 and Vit B12 which helps in stress management . But believe grabbing a sugary stuff or chocolate kind of stuff  makes the situation worst. Because sugar is one of the culprits which cause mood swings.

Don’t skip meals, specially it drops the blood sugar level and people go and grab sugary substance.
