4 months old is enjoying

Breast milk is always good for a baby at least 12-18 months of age.
But after4 months only milk is not enough for the nutrition of 4 months old. Especially formula milk is useless. Those days are gone when the milk used to be considered as complete food, Olden day’s pure cow's milk was available so the concept was. But now it is not possible unless you have your own pet cow. Now cows are getting feed hormones and getting injected to give extra milk which is against the nature.
My child specialist gave me a chart that how to feed a baby from 4 months to 1 yrs. It was mentioned that after 4 months the baby should only drink milk 2-3 times (one bottle).

It depends on your age and activity level.

According to the advice of the Nutrition Foundation is that we should get half of our energy needs from carbohydrates.
The average healthy adult's daily estimates for  dietary carbohydrate intake is for women getting 47.7 per cent of their daily energy from carbs (203g) and men 48.5 per cent (275g). But if you are very active in your busy life style than your level will be higher because the more energy your body burn the more it will need. But as we age our metabolism get decrease and according to our age our movement start getting restricted so our need of carb .
Not all carbohydrates are of equal nutritional value, refined sugars should make up only 11 per cent of your daily diet.
