Garlic has numerous health benefits.
The major benefits are for Heart health, lowering cholesterol, weight loss, common cold, bloating, Gas and for healthy joints and to prevent joint inflammation.
Some countries as Italy, Korea and China, believe garlic-rich diet is works as a protection against disease, per capita consumption is as high as eight to 12 cloves per day.
But that consumption isn’t hard if you use it every time you cook.
According to the research studies to get the general health benefit of garlic for an adult eating about two medium-sized cloves per day in empty stomach before brushing the teeth is enough.
When you consume garlic in cooked food than garlic smell doesn’t come out from mouth if you rinse your mouth with mint flavour mouth wash.
But to get maximum effective benefit from garlic, you should chew it in early morning in empty stomach.
Eliminating the unpleasant strong smell from mouth is not a problem at all. I am consuming two cloves of garlic in the morning since 23 yrs. after attending a 48 hours seminar of Ayurveda and naturopathy.
Since then I don’t get cold frequently, got rid of knee pain and bloating problem and above all I have a glowing skin. Yes including these two cloves, I consume them in cooked food.
I asked so many people if they get any smell, nobody said “yes” to me yet. I would like to mention that I don’t use any chewing gum because I don’t like them.
Simple tips help you remove unpleasant Garlic smell from your body or mouth:
1. Soak the two cloves of garlic in 3tbs of water, at night before going to bed and next day morning chew them with that water, and drink one glass of Luke-warm water with juice of a half to 1/3 of a lemon or lime. Lemon water will help you to clear your cologne. Brush your teeth after that.
2. If you use minced garlic in salad, then make a salad dressing with a paste consist of lemon juice, cilantro or mint leaves with any spice you like. Sprinkle basil on salad. All of this extra effort will benefit your health as well as elimination the garlic smell.
3 Eat a grapefruit after eating.Grapefruit will help you to lose weight and to get Vitamin C.
4. Cut the back part of the garlic cloves then cut in half vertically and take out the shoot from the middle of each half. The shoot is the part which produces that strong smell.
5. Drinking a glass of milk or a cup of warm milk after eating garlic eliminates garlic odour.
6. Protein in milk reacts with garlic and as an effect removes the garlic smell.
7. Eat a walnut, almond or peanuts, can make your mouth to remove the garlic. Repeated chewing and swallowing them, the high protein content in the nuts, remove garlic smell.
8. Keep a clove under the teeth as mouth freshener. Clove will allow you to breath fresh and pleasant and at the same time clove are good for your teeth also.
9. Eat a piece of chocolate after eating garlic in salad, a bit off with it in your mouth, so that a rich chocolate flavour lingers in the mouth. Not only removed the tone, but also to enjoy a delicious.
10. If you feel about the high price of chocolate, or are being implemented in weight-loss program, you can choose chewing gum which is also a good substitute. Recommend you to choose mint flavour, and because of its smell and intensity, can effectively cover up the garlic. Can also exercise the face muscles, play a role in a face-lift.
All the above methods to eliminate bad breath after eating garlic is effective, but each according to specific circumstances, you can choose your own favourite, but these are the most appropriate and most effective ways to use.
Avoiding any problem is a not good decision.
