How Trans Fats decline performance of vital organs in your body


You need to think about what you eat!
When you eat the foods, contain trans-fat, those fats float in the blood and sticks to the artery wall.
That fat constricts artery walls, they literally spasm them down and that spasm last for four to six hours.
The spasm slows or stops blood flow through the artery. So arteries aren't carrying as much blood as they supposed to your different vital organs including your brain, your heart, and your sexual organs.
All the vital organs need oxygen in order to keep functioning. Oxygen works acts like the gasoline in your car in our body.
These oxygen deprivations impair the performance of the organs.
Keep in mind, fat is necessary for many bodily functions, but it's the type of fat that counts. Vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, avocado and fatty fish are the kind of fat that burned for long-term energy and they are necessary components in the body.
But the trans-fat don’t burn properly because our body is not designed to process them. So as a result trans-fat creates an unusual burden to the body.

Amazing orange Zests as a flavourful sweetener and refreshment


Give a fresh start to your day with the orange zests from fresh orange peel.
If you have time, you can make your own zests from a fresh orange by using a peeler or sharp knife and your expertise; otherwise you can buy organic orange peel, which I do.
I keep both options open, when I have time and patience I make orange zest from an orange but keep the other option open as well. I buy organic orange zest which is stored in plastic bag.

A Sweetener that prevents Hair from Going Gray



The sweetener is a sugar alternative which is used by the people who are watching weight and diabetic.
A sweetener is a sugar substitute that is a food additive that duplicates the effect of sugar in taste, some sugar substitutes are natural and some are synthetic. Those that are not natural are, in general, called artificial sweetener.
In general sweetener doesn’t have good reputation at health point of view.
But Black strap molasses is a sugar alternative, provides a sweetener that is safe for most glucose or blood sugar level issues and has several naturally available minerals.

Try working up to the taste by gradually substituting it for some of the sugar in recipes. 
Try to use it in herbal teas which have a strong or complementary flavor might help.
