Amazing orange Zests as a flavourful sweetener and refreshment

Give a fresh start to your day with the orange zests from fresh orange peel.

If you have time, you can make your own zests from a fresh orange by using a peeler or sharp knife and your expertise; otherwise you can buy organic orange peel, which I do.

I keep both options open, when I have time and patience I make orange zest from an orange but keep the other option open as well. I buy organic orange zest which is stored in plastic bag.

Now how do you use the Zests as a sweetener!

Add some orange Zest into the cup of your green tea or regular tea instead of sugar and enjoy the perfect touch of sweetness without added sugar. You will see the difference in your energy right away.

Rub a piece of zest or peel inside around the rim of a cup of tea to sense the delectable orange flavour with every sip.

Make your cake a health twist by using orange zest.

Make cake icing mixture with the combination of thick Greek yogurt, orange zests and stevia and decorate your party cake with it.

 Mix two to three table spoons of orange zest, one tea spoon of honey and warm water and store it in a spray bottle or in a container. Just before serving spray the outside of the cake with this mixture.

I add orange zests into my oatmeal or cereal instead of sugar.

Add refreshing flavour to salad with orange zests:

Combine orange zests and olive oil in a sealed container, mix well and keep it the refrigerator.

Use this orange infused mixture as a salad dressing on your salads, grilled vegetable.

Use this infusion on a fish, grilled chicken as a marination.

Make a refreshing desert to satisfy your sweet tooth:

Make the orange zests into very fine pieces. Melt a chunk of pure dark chocolate with two tablespoons of water in a pan over medium heat and mix small zests bits with it.

Pour this melted chocolate mixture in a non-stick tray and keep in the fridge.

When the chocolate will get hard remove it from fridge and crack it into bite size pieces and treat your sweet tooth.
