This smoothie helps relieve pain due to upset stomach,
nausea or queasy feelings in the stomach.
The ginger is the key ingredient in this smoothie, so don’t
skip it.
You can drink this everyday to increase your metabolism.
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1” piece of fresh ginger peeled and crushed.

Method:
- Put apple pieces and ginger in a blender. Grind them and then blend until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and water in that and blend again until mixed well.
- Add ice cubes and crush the cubes with the help of crusher option in the blender.
- Give a quick swirl and enjoy.
Note: If your blender doesn’t have crusher option crush the
ice cubes and then add in the mixture otherwise you will end up with broken
blade of your blender.
My Oster BVC07-Z blender has that crusher button so I add direct
ice cubes.
I love my blender because I use it everyday when I make smoothie for my son with frozen berry mix.
I prefer to make smoothie with frozen berries because it taste good and very easy to use, as it already is washed so I can save time.
And frozen fruits are money saver.
