Gluten-free Curry Vegetables & Tofu




Tofu, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and onions in a spicy curry sauce served on a bed of brown rice. 

Ingredients: 
TOFU
YELLOW SQUASH
MUSHROOMS
ONIONS
RED PEPPER
VEGETABLE OIL
SALT
GARLIC POWDER
BLACK PEPPER
 BROWN RICE
 ZUCCHINI
 CAYENNE PEPPER
 CURRY PASTE (GREEN CHILI, GARLIC, LEMON GRASS, GALANGAL (THAI GINGER), SALT, SHALLOT, SPICES, KAFFIR LIME)
