How to lose weight all over


 To lose weight all over
You don't need to go on a strict diet at any age, basically. 
If you eat in a balanced way, then you can enjoy any food of your choice. 
You might have seen the words proper diet  and strict diet in weight loss articles.
 I would like to let you know that there is a difference in between proper diet and strict diet.
         
Proper Diet
Proper diet means eating in balanced control manner, I mean don't eat anything too much especially if they are in fat and simple carbohydrate and refined sugar group (such as white bread, sweets (donuts kind of thing), cake, pastry, deep fried entries.
Strict diet means you might have to cut off any food or need to avoid for certain health condition. But if you discipline yourself regarding what and how much you are putting in your mouth, then Voila you will enjoy you food whole life.
Now I am coming to your point of how to get in shape all over the body.
My suggestion burn more calories than you eat. 
Exercise or try to be physically active by instead of depending on vehicle go by walking at short distances, don't take elevator or escalator, try to carry your shopping bags instead of cart so many others day to day activity.
To get shape of any part of your body you have to first get rid of extra body fat, then tone your muscles by strengthening exercises with weights or without weight those you can find on different you tube videos or go to gym. and squats. 
The basic of healthy weight loss is fat loss, not water loss which most of the weight loss pills does.

For fat loss calorie deficit is the only key.

What is a calorie deficit?
A calorie deficit is a state in which you are burning more calories than you eat. 
For example if your body burns 2,500 calories per day  you have eat 2000 calories.
 There are two ways you can create a calorie deficit, the first is by dieting or eating less without exercise
and the second is burn by exercise. 
You can lose weight by following one of the above rule, but for the fastest, healthiest and longest lasting results, combining a calorie restricted diet with a  exercise  is the best. 
By doing exercise you will build lean muscle.
Creating a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day( total 3500 calories/week) will result in weight loss of 1 pound per week. 
 If you follow the above mentioned fundamental religiously in persistent manner then, you will lose weight permanently.
